“…the proposal of “arte-mundo” appears when art abandons its own problems, when it leaves its territory, when it stops being art for art’s sake, when the author and the marchand aren’t important anymore, when the curator isn’t important anymore, when its goal isn’t simply aesthetic any longer, when its autonomy no longer makes sense, when it spreads throughout the world, when it spreads by the nets of the world (internet), when it stops being in any territory and becomes anarchic and without it’s own place, when it becomes pure trajectory, when it acts through the “devenir” alive of world-art, when the problems of the world pass to be its own problems, when what matters is the transformation of the world and, therefore, transformation of life, when what matters is the other (alter), when it has the power of contamination through spontaneity of people, when it is beyond the beautiful and the sublime, when it becomes an “arte-mundo”.
