Memory Plains Returning

Memory Plains Returning is a 3D musical suite in 7 movements:
Memory Boxes - Memory Forest - Memory Sheets - Memory Plains - Memory Epiphany - Memory Used - Memorised Regret.
It is a web based, single user, 'passive' version of the work, which exists in both single user and multi-user forms designed for live performance. This version is designed for viewing/listening on the web or at a standalone computer, and can be experienced passively by simply loading the page, which defaults to a guided viewpoint journeying through the movements in the above linear order, temporally much like a 'traditional' piece of music (except there are visuals which are actually creating the music.
This spacialized 3D sound is one of the marvelous properties of VRML - it works with any stereo setup, though headphones provide the best experience.). Experienced this way, the whole piece takes about an hour, but will loop indefinitely.
Should you wish to interact with the piece, use your viewpoint menu to jump between the different movements, and navigate as you please using your browser's controls and viewpoint menu. Each movement's local viewpoint menu will appear when in proximity. Simply return to the 'journey' viewpoint at the top of the list to resume the automatic experience.
The total download, including all geometry, sounds and textures, is ~350Kb
The work requires a vrml browser - any currently available browser should work fine, but Cortona is recommended and was used in production. Memory Plains Returning has been tested in Cortona, Contact, and CosmoPlayer on Windows.
